Online Returns

Please take time to read the below returns policy and terms and conditions of sale prior to purchasing.

If you wish to make an exchange the quickest and easiest way to do this is to make a new order for the size you need. If you have any question regrading this just contact us on colgansportsportarlington@gmail.com.

Cancellations or changes to an order must be made within 1 hour of placing your order.

If you are not satisfied with your items(s) and you would like to return it to Colgan Sports, we can offer you an Exchange or a Credit Note. You have 14 days from the date you receive the goods to make a return. Returned items must be in their original packaging, with tags, unused and in resalable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When applicable, your item will be sent to the supplier for inspection. The supplier will organise a repair to the faulty product or if necessary we will get a replacement product item.

Bespoke, personalised or custom made items to customer requirements may not be exchanged for any reason other than goods being defective as these are not regular store items and are not eligible for re-sale (embroidered leisurewear with crests, any goods with initials).

Instore returns: If you are returning an item purchased online to one of our stores please bring a copy of your invoice or a copy of your “Order Compete” email. Our staff will facilitate an exchange where possible. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used to process the online order. Therefore refunds cannot be processed instore.

Delivery charges will only be refunded when a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. 

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us (unless we have made a mistake with your order). Returns can be made whatever method is easiest for you: An Post, courier etc. If you would like to purchase a return label (€6.50) please click HERE.

My Club Pre Sales and Club Shops are made to order items. Please use the size charts provided on the product gallery to get the best fit. We cannot provide exchanges on these items. We cannot cancel any personalised or Pre Sale orders. In the case of a manufacturing error on your items please contact us directly on colgansportsportarlington@gmail.com.
